Before connecting your call, a voice prompt will notify you of the number of minutes available to your chosen destination and the per minute rate so you will always know if rates have increased or decreased for your chosen destination.
Charges Levied by Your Service Provider
Lycatel cannot be held responsible for charges levied by your network provider that are outside of its control. Lycatel advise that you check with your telecommunications service provider for full information on call charges by quoting the Lycatel access number that you wish to use to place your call. Mobile telephone can cost considerably more if you are dialling access numbers outside of your mobile provider’s inclusive allowance.
Technical and Service Performance
Lycatel takes pride in its extensive capacity to handle the millions of calls placed across the network each year. Lycatel will not intentionally disconnect any calls provided that there is sufficient credit available on your calling card. However, in exceptional circumstances your call may be disconnected due to matters beyond Lycatel’s control. Exceptional circumstances include, but are not limited to, carrier failures, technical failures, technical errors or similar failures.
